Information Before You Begin

The flash version can be used by anyone using a computer with Flash version 9 or higher. These courses are best viewed by 1024x 768 screen resolution

Keyboard Users
Use the TAB button once the course starts and then use the arrow forward or arrow back buttons to navigate.

JAWS Users
Make sure you have JAWS started and then click on the HTML link.

CC Users
Click on the CC button to turn Closed Captioning on and off which will run along the bottom of your screen. If you are experiencing audio problems, please download the latest Quicktime Player. This course uses PDF files, please download the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Instruction for Contractors/Employees

At the end of the training, you will be asked to put in the current date and your name on a certificate which you print out.
