Testimonials:

"Over the past several years, our company has hired many Northern College Computer Technology graduates. Currently, of the ten technicians on our staff, seven are graduates of a computer course at Northern College. The reason we keep hiring the Northern graduates is because we are always pleased with the skills and training that they show up with. Whenever I see a resume showing a person to have graduated from a Northern College computer course with decent marks, I know I can expect a well educated technician."

Phil Barton, Manager
Lucid Networks Corporation

“I had chosen the Computer Engineering Technician Program at Northern College because of all the opportunities it would afford me after graduation. My program taught me a lot about the technology industry, and I felt prepared when it was time to enter the work force. I felt like I had received a well rounded education. I graduated from the Computer Engineering Technician 2-Year Program in April of 2011. I had found employment in my new field even before my graduation had been completed. In the short 8 months of being employed I have moved up within the company and am now an I.T.Service Manager for a computer networking company in charge of 9 technicians. I know that the experiences I have had in my current position, along with my Computer Engineering Technician Diploma, will allow me to continue to grow as a professional.”

Ted Gooch
I.T.Support Technician/Service Manager, Lucid Networks Corporation

“Northern College's Computer Science program gave me the knowledge and troubleshooting skills required to join the IT world with confidence. Along with the real-world experiences imparted by the professors, I was able to apply what I had learned to my new job as an IT technician, which I obtained shortly after graduating. I was also prepared to tackle numerous CompTIA and Cisco certifications, which are a must if you want to climb the proverbial IT ladder faster."
