Yet, nothing is as important to the survival of your organization as change. History is full of examples of organizations that failed to change and now no longer exist. The secret to successfully managing change, from the perspective of the employees, is definition and understanding.
The purpose of this course is to provide participants with the skills to be able to embrace tackle and manage change as an inevitable aspect in any successful business. The participants will be encouraged to actively participate in in-class exercises, which will enable them to apply the content of this course and relate it to their own work experience.
