  • Kirkland Lake Campus

    May 24, 2018 at 1 pm in the Charlewood Auditorium. Reception will follow in the cafeteria. Alumni gowns and v-stoles must be picked up in the Student Lounge before 12 pm.

    May 29, 2018 at 1 pm in the gymnasium. Refreshments will be served following the ceremony.

Haileybury Campus

June 1, 2018 – Gymnasium

Graduation photos: April 3 – 5, 2018. Appointments are to be booked online at www.photografiks.net. Information cards are available at the front desk or by contacting karossl@northern.on.ca.

Morning Ceremony – 10 a.m. (Graduates arrive at 9 a.m.)
Mining Engineering Technician, Electrical Engineering Technician, Instrumentation, Personal Support Worker, Social Service Worker, Business Fundamentals, Business Accounting, Office Administration, Law Clerk

Afternoon Ceremony – 2 p.m. (Graduates arrive at 1 p.m.)
Vet Technician, Vet Assistant, Wildlife Rehabilitation, Companion Animal Rehabilitation, Animal Grooming

Graduation gowns can be picked up in Room C116. A reception will follow each ceremony in the cafeteria. Four (4) invitations per graduate will be available at the Front Office starting April 3 or can be mailed to you upon your request. Diplomas will be distributed after the Graduation Ceremony, upon returning your gown (graduates keep their cap as a souvenir). You will not receive your diploma, certificate or transcripts at the time of graduation if you have not paid your fees in full. Timmins Campus

Calling all Timmins Campus graduates!
We are looking for an exceptional grad to fulfill the role of Valedictorian for this year’s graduation. Do you know a fellow graduate who has inspired or motivated you? Is there someone who has supported you or helped you to reach your goals? Please use the Valedictorian Form and nominate your Timmins Campus Valedictorian.

Morning Ceremony – 9:30 a.m. (Graduates arrive at 8:30 a.m.)
Business, Office Administration, General Arts and Science, ACE, Technology and Trades

Afternoon Ceremony – 1:30 p.m. (Graduates arrive at 12:30 p.m.)
Health Sciences, Community Services, Police Foundations, Pre-Service Fire Fighter and Paramedic/Paramedic Bridging, General Arts and Science

Graduation application and gown order forms are due by Wednesday, March 28. If you are graduating from your program this year, you must fill out the graduation form and send it to Student Services at pcstudentservices@northern.on.ca. Graduates from the Paramedic, Paramedic Bridging and Pre-Service Fire Fighter programs will wear their uniforms instead of graduation gowns, but still need to complete a form in order to attend graduation.

Graduation photographs will be available on campus through Nene Fortier Photography. She will be on campus on May 3, 4,& 25. Contact her directly to book an appointment. Website is: Nene Fortier Photography. Package prices are: Basic Digital Package for $75, Digital & Print Package for $100, and Deluxe digital & print package for $125.

Graduates who wish to have photos done with a photographer of their choice, can rent a graduation gown for free by contacting pcstudentservices@northern.on.ca. Other photographers who are available for private photography bookings include: Claude J. Gagnon Photography and Guy’s Foto Source in Cochrane.

Upon arrival, graduates are to report to their Coordinators or Faculty in the Quill Lounge after picking up their grad gown in room D116. A reception will follow the ceremony for all graduates and guests in the cafeteria. Four (4) invitations per graduate will be available in Student Services (tickets are not yet available) can be mailed to you upon your request. Graduates will not require an invitation. Diplomas will be distributed after the Graduation Ceremony, upon returning your gown (graduates keep their cap as a souvenir).
