Information for New Students – Tuition, Fees and Registration

For Tuition and Fees Registration Payment dates refer to your Offer of Admission letter under Fee Structure section for first payment due information.

Payment Timelines:

July 30th, 2021 – A deposit of $2500 (non-refundable) is due for the incoming semester.

September 3rd, 2021 – Fall semester fees including ancillary fees are due for the incoming semester.

September 7th, 2021 – A late fee of $150 will be applied if fall semester fees are not paid in full.

January 3rd, 2022 – Winter semester fees are due.

January 7th, 2022 – A late fee of $150 will be applied if winter semester fees are not paid in full.

If you have applied for OSAP funding, your winter semester fees are due within 7 days of receiving your OSAP funding, otherwise, the late fee will apply. Students who redirect their OSAP funding to the college to pay their tuition fees may be exempt from the late fee.

Important Payment and Registration Deposit Information for International Students with a Summer Semester Break
All returning International Student with a summer semester break are required to make a Tuition and Fee Registration Deposit Payment of $2,500.00 CAD is due by 3:00 p.m. on July 30, 2021 deadline. The remaining balance owing of Tuition and Fees must by be paid in full by the September 3, 2021.

Important Dates for January 2022 – Winter Semester
For Offers of Admission issued from this date forward, review your offer of admission letter (p3) for Tuition and Fees Payment and Registration Deposit due date. When you register in person with your campus student services make sure to check your account balance is paid in full. All International students’ are required to pay all Tuition and Fees

Orientation – First week of January (TBD)
First Day of Classes – January 10
Day 10 of Classes, final day to apply for transfers and withdrawals – January 21
Family Day, Statutory Holiday (no classes) – February 21
WINTER STUDY WEEK (BScN only) – Friday, February 21 to Friday, February 25
READING WEEK – Monday, March 14 to Friday, March 18
Deadline to Withdraw (Transcript will indicate ‘F’) – March 28
Good Friday, Statutory Holiday (no classes) – April 15

Important: For any students who were unsuccessful completing a course(s) or the semester it is mandatory for you to make an appointment to meet with your program coordinator as soon as possible to create a new plan for you to successfully complete your program.
