TIMMINS, ON: Northern College is hosting three faculty members from Yangzhou Vocational College of Environment and Resources in China at the Porcupine Campus until Sunday, October 21, 2012.
During this time, Yangzhou Vocational College faculty will observe Northern College’s teaching methods, instructional design techniques and engage in various meetings with staff while further developing their knowledge of the Construction Engineering Technician – Building Management program.
Northern College licences curriculum of this program and others for English-language instruction in China. These students pay tuition fees to Northern College and will meet the same required learning outcomes as Ontario graduates, therefore graduating with a Northern College diploma.

Northern College’s Construction Engineering Technician – Building Management program offers a unique mixture of architectural, civil and mechanical knowledge, and has been offered at Yangzhou College since the fall of 2010.
Yangzhou City is a thriving centre of commerce and manufacturing with a population of 4.5 million.
