Additional Information
• Your Northern College Student ID number is located on your registration receipt. It will stay the same for any and all courses at Northern College, and is important when booking exams and registering for new courses.
• Students may withdraw without academic penalty within two weeks (10 working days) of the course start date. No entry for the course will appear on the student’s transcript. Tuition fees will be refunded minus a $25.00 service charge per course cancelled. No payment will be refunded after the withdrawal deadline date. A student who withdraws within five weeks (25 working days) will receive a “W” on the transcript. The transcript will show an “F” if the student withdraws after the five weeks. • Some OntarioLearn courses have in person exams. If applicable, the exam information will be provided to you when you access your course.
• You should keep copies of your course outlines from all courses.
• Grades will be posted to your MyNorthern Student Portal account 3 to 4 weeks after the end date of your course. You can find your username and password to access your MyNorthern account on your Confirmation of Registration.
