Northern College Timmins Campus will refund a registration fee for cancellations received, in writing or by phone, 6 business days prior to the course start date. There will be no refund for cancellations received within 6 business days or less before the course start date. If a registered participant does not cancel and fails to attend the course, it will be treated as a late cancellation and no refund will be issued. This procedure also applies to business and industry clients for employee confirmations whereby an invoice would be applicable rather than a refund. If a participant is substituted for another, full payment will be applied to the replacement’s registration. Should a course not have sufficient registrations, Northern College reserves the right to cancel and/or postpone the course. Students will be notified and have the option of a full refund or transferring into the next available course.
