Instructor will be on site at the Timmins Campus, however this course is available to attend by video conference at our Kirkland Lake, Haileybury and Moosonee Campus locations with a minimum of 2-3 participants per site for ease of group activities.


Learning Objectives
a) Learn a variety of strategies to improve your communication skills, and break the cycle of destructive habits of personal interaction.
b) Develop an awareness of your and other colleagues’ personality and communication tendencies (via theory and the D.O.P.E. 4 Bird Personality Test).
c) Learn how to listen more effectively to others and express yourself in a more clear and specific way.
d) Learn Emotional Intelligence and the importance of EI in the workplace.
e) Learn key strategies to increase your awareness and mindfulness.
