Don’t know how to use your digital camera? Let us help. Our Introduction to Photography course focuses on learning the basics of both the technical and compositional aspects of photography. Classes will consist of slideshow presentations, discussions and practical exercises to help students learn in a multifaceted environment. Students will become familiar with basic functions on their cameras and will gain confidence using manual settings.

The course will also touch on the importance of light, the rules of composition as well as traditional and non traditional portraiture and landscape photography. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to compose and create meaningful, dynamic images.

Time: Thursday evenings 6:30pm – 8:30pm
