Reporting to the President & CEO, the successful incumbent is responsible for academic leadership and direction for the College’s academic programs and services, along with corporate leadership and planning as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, as described in the attached Opportunity Brief.

The incumbent will possess the following qualifications (also see Opportunity Brief):

  • A Master’s Degree in Education or a related post-secondary education field;
  • 13 years’ experience at a Senior or Executive organizational level;
  • Relevant experience which includes a combination of teaching, administration, labour relations and human resources management;
  • Experience in a unionized environment;
  • A valid driver’s license;
  • Experience in a post-secondary educational institution is an asset;
  • PhD or equivalent is an asset; and
  • Research experience is an asset.
