- Provide a range of confidential executive, administrative support to the office of the Senior Vice President related to the Senior Vice President's interactions with the Senior Management Team (SMT), Academic Operations Working Group (AOWG), Board of Governors (BOG), and directly coordinates division meetings. Also serves as the administrative assistant for the Academic Operations Working Group (AOWG) on a rotational basis;

- Two-year diploma in the field of Human Services or a related field. A diploma in Business may be considered.

- Experience in an environment where analysis and assessment of client needs and barriers was required;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
