Fees:
  • Tuition fee: $4,500
  • Student Ancillary Fee: $900 including fees charged to support services and activities and International Insurance of $550/year for international students who will study the program in Canada.
  • Pearson Versant Placement Test: $45/student (for students who do not have a valid IELTS/TOEFL result and want to take the virtual Pearson Versant English placement test organized by the college).

Educational Path Based on English Proficiency
GSE: 10-34 IELTS: Below 5.0 GSE: 35-44 IELTS: 5.0 GSE: 45-54 IELTS: 5.5 GSE: 55-64 IELTS: 6.0 GSE: 65 and above IELTS: 6.5
1-semester ESL program +1-year GAS EAP program (semesters 1 and 2) + College program of choice

Option for Implementation – To Be Determined: Non-SDS Students who score between a 31 and 34 on the GSE will have option for an interview to determine if they can bypass ESL.

1-year GAS EAP program (semesters 1 and 2) + College program of choice

Option for Implementation – To Be Determined: Non-SDS Students who score between a 41 and 44 on the GSE will have option for an interview to determine if they can bypass the first semester of EAP.

Second semester of the GAS EAP Program only + College program of choice

Option for Implementation – To Be Determined: Non-SDS Students who score between a 51 and 54 on the GSE will have option for an interview to determine if they can bypass both ESL and EAP.

College program of choice + 2) Mandatory  Enhanced Communications I and II (CM1933 and CM2933)

Application

Please refer to the application instruction via https://www.northernc.on.ca/international-applications/. Once we receive your complete application and you meet the admission requirements, an offer letter (or Letter of Acceptance) will be issued to you. Students then must pay the tuition fee within the expiration date on your offer letter (usually two to three weeks) so that we can conserve the seat for you.
