Guests & Attending
All graduates can invite two guests. More information on how to access your tickets will be available soon.
Covid-19 protocols will be in place per guidelines from Public Health.
More information will be available soon.
If you cannot make it to your graduation ceremony, the alumni relations department of the College will complete the sorting and mailing of all diplomas and transcripts that were not handed out about two weeks after the graduation ceremony. If you have no outstanding balance on your student account, we will send yours to you automatically.
We mail your documents through Canada Post to the last mailing address on file with us, and we only send it out to you once. If your documents are returned because you have moved, we will not be able to pay for postage a second time so you will need to arrange for this if you haven’t officially changed the address you have on file with us. Check your address on your student portal to be sure you get this very important achievement sent to you!

What do you most look forward to at grad?
The past two convocation ceremonies were held virtually due to the ongoing pandemic and we are thrilled to be able to have in-person graduation ceremonies once again.
We’re asking you, our grads, to share what you most look forward to at grad this year. Join the conversation for a chance to a customized diploma frame! Simply tag Northern College on social and #benorthernproud to enter to social contest.
Graduates from 2020 and 2021 are welcome to participate too!
If you graduated in 2020 or 2021

What to expect if we can’t celebrate in-person (again)
We hate to jinx it but we are prepared to offer another Digital Convocation if pandemic restrictions prevent us from having in-person ceremonies. In the event that your graduation will be virtual, we continue to allow pandemic grads to join the next in-person ceremonies.
You’ve Graduated! What’s Next?
You are off to do amazing things and make an impact on this world. We look forward to sharing in your success story today, and all of your future successes as you embark on what will undoubtedly be a successful career.
Pursue every ambition, go as far as you can possibly imagine and be the generation to embrace the new responsibility to help re-build and re-shape communities around the world.
