Northern College is one of only two publicly-funded colleges in Ontario that have an on-campus burn building that provides our students with real-world firefighting training.
Our state-of-the-art nursing labs and cutting-edge simulation equipment provide a variety of authentic health care scenarios to facilitate your transition into the clinical setting. Our on-site medical clinic at the Timmins Campus offers hands-on, practical experience.
You can take Laurentian University’s entire four-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at Northern College as part of the Laurentian University BScN Collaborative program.
A Pre-Health Science program is available to prepare you for a broad range of careers in health care and assists you in meeting the entrance requirements for the BScN, Practical Nursing and Paramedic programs.
