- Identify concepts such as stress and burnout and strategies to avoid them.
- Build awareness of what activities and strategies improve well-being.
- Work on a personalized self-care management plan.

Methodology: This course will be presented in a highly interactive manner, with a power point presentation. Individual and group activities, will intersperse the session.
